Software and digital

Custom software, built by a team that has to live with its own.

AISphereX builds custom web and mobile software: internal tools, customer-facing platforms, integrations between systems that do not talk to each other, and first versions of products for founders without an engineering team. We scope the work, build it, deploy it, and stay on to maintain it. The same team built and operates ViveLead, a CRM and HRMS running in production with paying customers, so the standards we apply to client work are the ones we apply to software we cannot walk away from.

Most agencies are optimised to finish and leave. We build and then run our own product, which changes what you build: fewer clever shortcuts, more attention to the things that hurt in month eight. That is the whole pitch, and it is checkable, because ViveLead is live and you can look at it.

What you get

The scope, in plain terms.

Web applications
Dashboards, portals, internal tools and customer-facing platforms. Built around how your business actually works rather than around a template.
Mobile applications
Android and iOS from one codebase where that is the right call, native where it is not. We will explain which one your case is and why.
First versions for founders
You have the idea and no engineering team. We scope it down to something that can ship, build it, launch it, and stay on while you find out what is actually true about your market.
Integrations
Getting your systems to talk. Usually the least glamorous line item and the one that saves the most hours per week.
Websites, Shopify and WordPress
Marketing sites that load fast and can be edited without a developer, Shopify store builds and private apps, and WordPress theme, plugin and migration work.
Deployment and the boring parts
Environments, pipelines, backups, monitoring and the migration path. Software that cannot be deployed safely is not finished.

How it runs

From first call to something live.

  1. 01

    Scope honestly

We work out what has to exist for this to be useful, and what you have been told you need but do not. Cutting scope early is the highest-value thing we do.

  2. 02

    Agree the shape

Architecture, stack, data model and the integration points, written down before anyone opens an editor.

  3. 03

    Build in visible increments

You see working software on a schedule, in an environment you can click through. No three-month silence ending in a reveal.

  4. 04

    Ship it properly

Deployment, monitoring, backups and a handover that means your team could take it over if they wanted to.

  5. 05

    Stay on it

Maintenance, dependency updates, the bugs that only appear at real volume, and the next round of work when the business moves.

What it is built on

Chosen per project, not per fashion.

Backend
TypeScript and Node on the server, with PostgreSQL or MongoDB depending on the data. Background jobs and queues where the work does not belong in a request.
Frontend
Modern component frameworks for applications, and static site generation for marketing sites where speed and search performance matter.
Mobile
Cross-platform where one codebase genuinely serves both, native where the product depends on platform capabilities.
Infrastructure
Cloud hosting with real deployment pipelines, environment separation, backups and monitoring wired in from the start rather than added after the first outage.

Is this you

We would rather disqualify early than waste your quarter.

This is a good fit when

  • Your business runs on spreadsheets and shared inboxes that have outgrown themselves.
  • You need a first version built and you do not want to hire a team to find out if the idea works.
  • You have systems that do not talk and a person in the middle doing the talking.
  • You have inherited software nobody wants to touch and need someone who will.

It is the wrong call when

  • An off-the-shelf product does this well and cheaply. We will tell you when that is the case.
  • You want the cheapest possible quote. We are not the cheapest, and a build priced to win on price gets built to that price.
  • You need twenty engineers next month. We are a small senior team and that is the trade.

Proof

We did not learn this on client projects.

ViveLead is our own CRM and HRMS platform. We designed it, built it, shipped it on web, Android and iOS, and we run it in production for paying customers. Everything we do for clients is done by the team that has to answer for that.

FAQ

Questions we get asked before signing.

The same small senior team that built and runs ViveLead. You are not handed to a junior pool after the sales call, and you will know who is working on your project by name.

Fixed scope with a fixed price where the work is genuinely definable, and a monthly retainer where it is not and honesty is better than a fake fixed bid. We tell you which one your project is during scoping and why. Ongoing maintenance is a separate, smaller monthly line so it does not quietly disappear.

Yes. Your repository, your infrastructure accounts, your data. Handover is part of the deliverable, not a negotiation later. We would rather you could leave and choose not to.

We work with clients in the US, UK, Europe, Australia and the Gulf. Business is done in English, we hold overlapping hours with your working day, and communication is written and asynchronous by default so decisions are on the record rather than in someone's memory of a call.

That is the normal case and it is planned for. Most clients move onto a maintenance arrangement covering fixes, updates and a agreed amount of change work per month. If you would rather take it in house, the handover is clean enough that you can.

Often, yes. We start with a paid audit of what exists so both sides go in with eyes open. Sometimes the honest answer after that audit is that rewriting is cheaper than rescuing, and we will say so even though it is the harder conversation.

Next step

Thinking about software development?

You get a scoping conversation with the people who would do the work, not a sales call. If we are not the right fit we will say so on that call.
